CULTIVATE CONSCIOUS CONVERSATIONS.

CREATE HAPPIER COMMUNITIES.

ONE OF THESE CONSCIOUS CONVERSATION? RACE.

Do you want to be more anti-racist, but don’t know where to start?

I hear you. We’re all caught in this system, and it can feel tricky to figure out which resources to check, what words to use, what actions to take.

But talking about race is uncomfortable for everybody; it’s a societal construct with a lot of history and oppression and harm behind it.

It is possible - and more importantly, it’s necessary - for you to be involved.

I’m here - as a biracial Japanese and White woman - to help White women start using their privilege to uproot systemic racism, one step at a time.

Imagine an environment of open, honest, transparent conversations based on trust and safety.

You're ready to move beyond small talk and create deeper connections, because you want to be more engaged in the incredible communities you are part of.

Let's amp up your potential by giving you the tools to know yourself, our history, and the things you can do differently to build a more equitable, authentic community.

Speaking & Interviewing
